About the event
Join us to celebrate all things womanly on Saturday 7th March with our guests, Sauna + Wild. And of course, Hetty the horsebox turned Sauna!
We have three lovely sessions lined up for you, starting with yoga, then sauna with all its aromatherapy goodness and steam, finishing with a plunge bath and cup of warming London Nootropic coffee (or herbal tea ) You'll have time to Sauna and plunge a few times before your session is over, so you leave feeling sparkly and alive!
Set in the beautiful Temple Studio, located on the historic Standard Quay, this is an event not to be missed!
Session 2 - 10:20-10:40am
Bring a bathrobe or towel and flip flops. Change of clothes!
